Shipping Scope

We ship to most countries around the world. If your address does not appear as available during checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment. The final amount depends on the destination and the size/weight of your order. Depending on where you live, shipping costs may vary.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Preparation usually takes between 2 and 5 business days. After that, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping address:

• Domestic shipments: 3 to 7 business days
• International shipments: 7 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors (weather, customs, local holidays, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Incidents
